“Smile” I find that if you smile, it makes you feel a lot better and gives you strength, When I am feeling upset or unhappy, I talk to myself to think of good things, making myself laugh. I find that by doing this, it brightens my day at least a little bit and warms my heart, filling it with love and calmin me down. Once you are less negatively emotiona, you can think clearer, which gives you the strength to mae the right decision.
